SMART Goals vs Goal TRAKing

There are big differences between SMART Goalsetting versus Goal TRAKing and both concepts can be used together. Here is why and how. SMART goal setting is an excellent tool for the actual creation and development of your goals. Goal TRAKing on the other hand is a useful concept for putting your goals in motion.

SMART is a an acronym, and I have heard different terms used but they all have the same meaning, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time. This is the perfect for creating goals but what do can guide you to achieve them once they are set? This is where TRAKs come in. Time, Resources, Actions, and Knowledge are all needs toward achieving a goal. SMART and TRAK can work together from creating to achieving. Find out more on how to TRAK your goals here.
